How To Do The Move

1. Stand about a foot in front of a chair.

2. Your feet should slightly wider than shoulder width apart.

3. Cross your arms in front of you so that your hands are resting on your shoulders.

4. Bend your knees and drop down to the chair. Keep your gaze straight ahead.

5. Push back up to starting position and repeat the exercise.
