The study discovered that doing a daily exercise like playing sports can stop “brain fog”. Playing sports triggers brain regions, which are involved in memory function to release a chemical called brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). BDNF rewires memory circuits of a person, so they work better at their workplace.
