But being so busy you may or mayn’t be able to make time to that too. So we have got you some tips for improving your lifestyle and be happy.

1. Exercise

Doing exercise have many benefits. It burns calories, makes you active, fit and toned, improves sleep and makes you happy. Doing any type of physical activity makes your brain to release neuro-chemicals called endorphins. Endorphins make you happy and lower down your stress levels. A daily dose of 20-30 minutes of walking or some cardio exercises in morning can make big difference to your life.

2. Go out in nature

Most of us seriously underestimate how powerful our surrounding natural habitat is. Being out there in nature reduces stress, enhances your creativity, improves your memory, cleanse your blood and the serenity can make you a better person!

3. Cleanse your diet

A sound mind is in a sound body. Changing your food habits and diet routine can change your life too. Have a heavily nutritious breakfast so that you will sufficient energy to take you throughout the day. But keep your lunch light as you don’t do much physical work after dinner and will end up piling calories.

Also drink sufficient amount of water throughout the day. Water keeps you hydrated and full. Have at least 8 glasses of water each day.

4. Enjoy a thorough sleep

Lack of sleep can make you moody. Under sleeping or sleeping for less than 6-7 hours may lead to tiredness and make you lethargic. Being tired makes it hard to be happy.

Inadequate sleep can lead to sickness. A good beauty sleep can improve your decision making, alertness, learning ability, performance at the job and makes you positive while suppressing the negative thoughts from popping.

5. Laugh

Humor can be your escape from a stressful, monotonous life. People who laugh more have better immunity and are at reduced risk of diseases like heart attack, blood pressure, diabetes and stroke.

Laughing can even help you burn down some calories, relieve stress, lower down the chances of depression and can make your skin and face glow more.

6. Spend time with friends and family

Harvard expert, Daniel Gilbert, identified being social as one of the biggest sources of happiness in our lives. Not being able to connect socially makes you prone to loneliness. Loneliness can lead to heart attack, stroke and diabetes.

Relationships value worth more than you think. Daniel says that people who live longer than average lifetime strongly emphasis on good relationships and social activities as the key to long their life.

Make time for your friends and family. Take them out on a dinner, a picnic or a movie; just find all the fun ways to spend quality time with them. And always be kind.

7. Gratitude is the key to right attitude

Express your gratitude. Showing gratitude makes you and the others around you happy. It can build and improve relationships, and make the bonds go deeper. You eventually come out as a better person too.

8. Have a “hobby”

Everybody have at least one hobby. And if you don’t have one, then just create one. A hobby has power to change your thoughts and mood, increase your brain power, interest and creativity.
