A fit, healthy body—that is the best fashion statement” ― Jess C. Scott
Likewise, We all have been coming across several health quotes .”Health” As a kid I remember, this element probably was most focused at my home, my first school. Be it from waking early morning saga, drinking plenty of water, intake of healthy food, sporting to going back to bed on time.
Health has always been our priority. Wishes and blessings always include ”stay healthy”!
Be it in our religious setups or rituals, everywhere Health has been considered as an very important aspect. One very simple example is here- In hinduism, Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum)is considered to be a divine plant and planted at home and worshiped. This plant isn’t just known for its aroma but also for its antiviral and anti fungal aspects. Its a very good repellent against all sort of germs, flies, mosquitoes etc. It is, moreover, used as cough and cold remedy and in many other health cures.

When so much of emphasization on health, How healthy are we? Or how many of us really care about our healths and follow tips to ”healthy body”

Untill and unless We really are ”healthy” , no matter however much of wealth or power we possess, it ultimately means nothing. Lying down in bed, sick and drained, nobody cares what to wear today or where to party tonight.

My main motive to write all this is, Lets all try keeping ourselves healthy prior to everything in this single lifetime we have, because healthy body leads to healthy mind which in-together makes us a ”healthy citizen”. Lets not forget this “Healthy citizens are the greatest asset any country can have.”
